Frequently Asked Questions
Orders & Payment
Browse our products, add items to your bag, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or log in, then complete payment securely via Stripe using your debit or credit card.
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, orders enter our dispatch process and can no longer be modified. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery is 1–2 working days, and next-day delivery is available if you order before 2pm. See our Delivery page for full details.
Yes! Standard delivery is free on all orders over £50. Orders below £50 have a flat delivery charge of £3.99.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel on the carrier's website.
Returns & Refunds
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Visit our Returns page for step-by-step instructions.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving your return. The funds will appear in your account within a further 2–3 working days depending on your bank.

Absolutely. All SportsMode products are 100% genuine, sourced directly from authorised distributors and brand partners. We never sell counterfeit or refurbished items.
