Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm may be dispatched the following working day.
How It Works
1. Place Your Order
Add products to your bag and complete checkout securely via Stripe.
2. We Dispatch
Your order is carefully packed and dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
3. Delivered to You
Track your parcel in real time and receive it at your door.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Tags and labels must still be attached.
- Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) is required.
How to Return
- Log in to your account and visit your Order History.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a return request.
- Print the prepaid returns label we send to your email.
- Drop your parcel at any Post Office or collection point.
- Your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving the return.
